| Lubemaster is unique in the lubricant business. We sell and service
our customers exclusively through a staff of highly trained company
employees. Lubemaster does not sell products through distributors,
retail outlets or independent representatives. Each local lubricant
representative is trained in product line technology, lubricated
equipment methodology, lubricant application equipment, and customer
assistance. |

| Product development begins with direct interaction with our
customers’ maintenance and engineering departments. We listen and
identify failure sources as they relate to lubrication. Our research
scientists formulate and develop products to reduce or eliminate these
failure sources. Each product is tested and approved for use prior to
commercialization. Any product that is approved for use must exceed our
customers’ expectations and last longer than other available products.
Many of these lubricants are also formulated to replace multiple
products allowing customers to save money and confusion by consolidating
inventory. |

| Lubemaster offers a full line of advanced performance lubricants
making us a single source supplier for many of our customers. This
product line includes heavy duty grease, gear and transmission oil,
hydraulic oil, engine oil, compressor and industrial oils, premium oil
additives, lubricant aerosols, specialty lubes, equipment flushing
compounds, fuel quality assurance products, metalworking fluids,
radiator treatments. |
